Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure smooth daily operations of the office and various departments within Fasta Delivery Services. This role involves managing schedules, handling communications, maintaining records, and assisting with general administrative tasks to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management & Support

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses or appropriate routing.

Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation both physically and electronically.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and team members.

Prepare, proofread, and distribute memos, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Administrative Assistance

Support various departments by assisting with data entry, invoice processing, and inventory tracking.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.

Maintain office supplies and equipment, placing orders and ensuring adequate stock levels.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordination & Communication

Facilitate communication between departments, team members, and external partners.

Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation schedules.

Support event planning and coordination for company meetings, training sessions, or team-building activities.
Compliance & Record Keeping

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in administrative processes.

Assist in maintaining compliance-related documentation and records.

Support audit preparations by organizing required documents and information.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualifications

Minimum of OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Experience

At least 1-2 years experience in an administrative or office assistant role.

Experience in logistics or delivery services is a plus but not mandatory.
